🌀 What to Expect in Our 60-Minute Journey:

  • Opening + Intention Setting (10 mins) 

    We’ll drop in together, ground our energy, and set powerful intentions for the breathwork journey ahead.

  • Guided Breathwork Journey (35–40 mins) 

    You’ll be safely guided through a 3-part conscious breathing pattern—a powerful somatic technique that helps you access the subconscious mind, release overwhelm, and reconnect with your inner peace and joy.

  • Integration + Reflection (20 mins) 

    After the breathwork journey, you’ll be invited to journal, reflect, and share (if you feel called). This is where the medicine of the breath truly lands.


💻 How to Join:

  1. This session is hosted LIVE via Zoom.
  2. You’ll receive the link immediately after registering.
  3. Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can get settled and tech-ready.

  • Yoga mat or soft surface to lie on

  • Blanket + pillow for comfort

  • Headphones for immersive sound (highly recommended)

  • Water

  • Journal + pen
