1. Client Responsibilities 

By signing this Agreement, the Client agrees to:

 • Participate actively in all breathwork sessions and adhere to the personalized micr𝟘d𝟘sing protocol.

 • Use the micr𝟘d𝟘sing capsules responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.

 • Reach out to the Provider with any questions, reflections, or support needs during the Program.

 • Not hold the Provider responsible for any physical or mental effects experienced from the microdosing protocol or breathwork sessions.

2. Provider Responsibilities 

The Provider agrees to:

 • Facilitate guided breathwork sessions as part of the Program.

 • Provide high-quality, third-party tested micr𝟘d𝟘sing capsules.

 • Offer personalized protocol guidance tailored to the Client’s needs and goals.

 • Maintain confidentiality regarding all information shared by the Client during the Program.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations 

 • Breathwork sessions will be scheduled by mutual agreement. The Client is responsible for showing up on time. If rescheduling is necessary, the Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

 • Missed sessions or requests to reschedule within less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

4. Confidentiality 

All information shared between the Client and the Provider is confidential. The Provider will not disclose any personal or sensitive information shared by the Client, except as required by law.

5. Disclaimers and Assumption of Risk 

 • The Client understands that this Program is designed for personal growth, mental clarity, and emotional support, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

 • The Client assumes all responsibility for their health and well-being while participating in the Program.

 • The Client agrees to consult a healthcare provider before starting the protocol, especially if they have any pre-existing health conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability 

The Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Client’s participation in the Program. This includes any physical, mental, or emotional effects experienced from the breathwork sessions or microdosing protocol.

7. Termination of Agreement 

The Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Client fails to follow the protocol, shows inappropriate behavior, or violates any terms of this Agreement. No refund will be provided in case of termination.

8. Governing Law 

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

By purchasing the Program, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement, including the above disclaimer.
