By completing this registration, I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in the Creekside Sacred Ceremony, a half-day immersive gathering including breathwork, cacao, microdosing support, and integration, facilitated by Hot for Holistics LLC, DBA Victoria Lee Starr.

I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk 

I understand that breathwork and microdosing practices may evoke strong emotional, mental, or physical experiences. I take full responsibility for my participation and assume all risks, known and unknown.

2. Health & Medical Awareness 

I affirm that I am in good physical and mental health, and have disclosed any conditions or medications to my healthcare provider that may impact my ability to safely participate. I understand that this experience may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant or managing conditions such as cardiovascular disease, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or epilepsy.

3. Microdosing is for Educational Support Only 

I understand that psilocybin microdosing is discussed for educational purposes only. I am fully responsible for my own decisions and legal compliance regarding substance use.

4. Release of Liability 

I release Hot for Holistics LLC, Victoria Lee Starr, all event facilitators, collaborators, and the landowners and staff of Mini Blessings Horse Farm from any and all liability for harm, injury, or discomfort arising from my participation in this event, including physical, emotional, mental, or legal impacts.

5. Venue Responsibility 

I acknowledge that Mini Blessings Horse Farm is hosting this event as a gift of space only and is not responsible for any aspect of facilitation, safety, or guidance related to this gathering. I release Mini Blessings and its owners from all liability and understand I am entering and participating on the property at my own risk.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

If weather or unforeseen circumstances impact the ceremony, the event will be rescheduled, and your ticket will be valid for the new date.

Final Acknowledgment
