We Are All Breathing the Same Breath

Diaphragmatic breathing involves breathing deeply into your belly, allowing your diaphragm to expand and contract with each inhale and exhale.
Alternate nostril breathing involves breathing through one nostril while blocking the other and then switching to breathing through the other nostril.
Box breathing: This involves inhaling for a count of four, holding the breath for a count of four, exhaling for a count of four, and holding the breath for a count of four before repeating the cycle.
4-7-8 breathing: This involves inhaling for a count of four, holding the breath for a count of seven, and exhaling for a count of eight.
3 part Breath: This technique involves using a 3 part conscious connected breathing pattern specifically designed to reset the body's nervous system and release tension and stress. It is a powerful way to reduce anxiety and promote relaxation.
