A Guide for Lasting
Transformation
Victoria Lee Starr is a plant medicine guide, breathwork facilitator, and transformational mentor dedicated to helping people reconnect with their innate capacity for healing, vitality, and self-trust. She believes healing isn't about fixing what is broken—it's about creating the conditions for people to remember the wisdom that has always lived within them.
With more than 25 years devoted to the study and practice of human movement, nutrition, nervous system regulation, and subconscious transformation, Victoria brings a deeply embodied approach to every experience she facilitates.
Her work integrates psychedelic preparation & integration, conscious connected breathwork, NLP, hypnosis, EFT Tapping, Reiki, yoga, somatic practices, subliminal audio, and sacred plant medicines—including cacao—to support meaningful, lasting transformation.
Victoria is also the host of The Sacred Mycelium Podcast, where she explores the intersection of plant medicine, neuroscience, spirituality, and lived experience through conversations with researchers, clinicians, facilitators, and everyday people walking this path.
Above all, Victoria creates grounded, heart-centered spaces where people feel safe to explore, reconnect with themselves, and honor the wisdom that naturally emerges through intentional work with plant medicine.
What to Expect
Your Three-Day Journey
Every element of the retreat has been intentionally designed to help you feel prepared, supported, and empowered throughout your journey.
Your retreat begins by slowing down and settling into the experience through intentional practices that help cultivate safety, trust, and connection. Together, you'll explore breathwork, nervous system regulation, intention setting, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), forest immersion, and a heart-opening cacao ceremony—all designed to prepare your mind and body for the journey ahead.
After individual preparation with your facilitators, you'll participate in a professionally guided psilocybin experience held within a carefully supported environment. Throughout the journey, experienced guides—including Victoria—provide compassionate presence, calming music, and personalized care while allowing your experience to unfold naturally.
Meaningful transformation extends beyond the medicine itself. Through guided integration, group reflection, and supportive conversations, you'll begin weaving your insights into everyday life while leaving with practical tools to continue your healing journey long after the retreat ends.
