Embodied Awareness Breathwork Practice
Filmed in the red rock landscape of Sedona, this guided breathwork and meditation practice invites you into a deeper connection with your body, your awareness, and the subtle shifts that begin to unfold through intentional microdosing work.
Breathwork has been used across ancient cultures as a powerful tool for insight, emotional release, and expanded states of consciousness. Inside this practice, you will be guided through a rhythmic breathing pattern designed to support clarity, presence, and embodied awareness.
We will be using a breathing pattern of two breaths in through the mouth and one breath out through the mouth for 10 rounds. On the final exhale, you will completely empty the breath, then pull the breath up through the body as if sipping through a straw, holding gently at the top while engaging the pelvic floor. After this 30 second hold, you will exhale & hold at the bottom, for about 30 seconds so that you allow the nervous system to settle into stillness and integration.
This practice pairs beautifully with the Wisdom Wheel microdosing container, supporting you in observing patterns, cultivating inner safety, and developing a deeper relationship with your own inner guidance.
No prior breathwork experience is needed. Simply create a comfortable space where you can lie down uninterrupted.
You may experience:
- increased clarity
- expanded awareness
- deeper connection to body wisdom
Give yourself permission to move at your own pace and listen to your body throughout the practice.
*Do not practice while driving or operating machinery. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, cardiovascular concerns, or any medical condition, please consult your healthcare provider before participating.
